Gyeon Q2M Ceramic Detailer was designed to be usable with waxed and ceramic coated vehicles to enhance the durability of your existing paint protection and add a fresh dose of slickness & gloss after a maintenance wash. Most detail sprays are designed to play nicely with one or the other; not necessarily both.
Q2M Ceramic Detailer is a fantastic drying aid, and can be used on dry or wet surfaces where water is still standing. Performance, gloss and durability are not impacted in either use case. As a drying aid, Q2M Ceramic Detailer helps to reduce love marks and potential damage by acting as a surface lubricant. It also aids in reducing any streaking caused by leftover moisture on the surface and makes drying a more efficient process overall.
Q2M Ceramic Detailer can be used to boost protective qualities on paint, glass, trim, and even wheels.
How we use it:
Apply Q2M Ceramic Detailer to a clean, dry surface by spraying on a plush microfiber towel and wiping gently.
Apply Q2M Ceramic detailer to a wet surface (out of direct sunlight) by spraying directly onto the surface and working it in by gently wiping with a plush microfiber towel.

What is your return policy for chemicals & bottled products?
Chemicals and other bottled products may be returned if they are sealed, undamaged and have not been used or otherwise modified.
Bottles or containers that have been damaged or have leaked during shipping cannot be returned but are covered if you opted for the Parks Car Care Shipping Warranty at the time of checkout. All chemicals that meet initial return criteria will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse. Return criteria that has not been met or accurately described may disqualify a product for a refund.
Chemicals can be returned as described up to 30 days from the delivery date.
What is your return policy for microfiber products, brushes and applicators?
Microfiber towels, brushes and applicators may be returned if they are sealed in the original packaging, undamaged, unwashed and have not been used or otherwise modified.
Microfiber towels, brushes and applicators cannot be returned if they display color degradation due to washing/usage, display tears or fiber damage, or contain debris or product due to prior usage or misuse. Items damaged during shipping may be covered if you opted for the Parks Car Care Shipping Warranty at the time of checkout. All microfiber products, brushes and that meet initial return criteria will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse. Return criteria that has not been met or accurately described may disqualify a product for a refund.

What is your return policy for tools & other items?
Tools or other items with demonstrable manufacturing defects may be returned if they are returned in the condition they are received. It is required that these items are returned in their original box or packaging, within reason.
Tools and other items cannot be returned if they display damage, clear signs of misuse or have been modified in any manner. Items damaged during shipping may be covered if you opted for the Parks Car Care Shipping Warranty at the time of checkout. All tools and other products and that meet initial return criteria will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse. Who pays for return shipping?
If we make an error that requires a return, a paid shipping return label will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the return has been approved by our staff. Examples of returns authorized due to our error are:
The wrong item or variant (color/size) of an item was sent
The incorrect quantity of an item was sent
The item is demonstrably defective or not performing as intended by the manufacturer
If an item is returned for the following reason(s), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs:
You've changed your mind and no longer want the item(s)
The wrong size, color or variation of the product was ordered
The item was misused relative to the manufacturer's directions
The item(s) arrived late due to carrier errors or the appropriate shipping method was not selected during the checkout process
If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with your chosen carrier. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How soon will I receive a refund for returned items?
Refunds for approved returns will be processed as soon as the return is received and inspected at our warehouse. An email confirmation will be sent when your return is received, as well as a refund confirmation for items returned as described above. If an item is not received, no refund will be provided for that item. Refunds may take up to 3-5 days to process dependent upon your payment method or bank.
